Disability/Discrimination/DEIJ Statement
At AYA-Innovation, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and supportive environment for all individuals. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or religious beliefs. We actively promote Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) in all aspects of our training programs and workplace. We strive to ensure that our services and programs are accessible to individuals with disabilities and are designed to meet diverse needs.
Complaint/Grievance Policy
We value feedback from our participants and are committed to addressing any concerns in a fair and transparent manner. If you have a complaint or grievance, we encourage you to submit it in writing to our program administration. All complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days, and appropriate steps will be taken to resolve the matter. If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved, an appeal can be submitted for further review by our executive team.
Enrollment Agreement
Upon enrollment, participants agree to abide by all program guidelines, policies, and procedures outlined by AYA-Innovation. Enrollment is considered final once payment is received and all necessary documentation has been submitted. Participants are expected to engage fully in the educational process and adhere to our ethical standards throughout the program. Failure to comply with program policies may result in termination of enrollment.
Partial Completion Policy
In cases where participants are unable to complete the program in full due to unforeseen circumstances, AYA-Innovation offers the opportunity to receive credit for completed sections. Participants may re-enroll at a later date to complete the remaining sections, subject to space availability and program fees. Special consideration may be granted for medical or personal emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
Payment/Fees Policy
All program fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the course. Payment plans may be available upon request, but they must be arranged prior to the program start date. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all payments are made on time. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the program.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only if requested prior to the start of the program. A full refund will be provided if a participant withdraws at least 14 days before the course start date. For withdrawals within 14 days of the start date, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be granted. Once the program begins, no refunds will be issued.
Transfer of Credit Policy
AYA-Innovation recognizes prior learning and may accept transfer credits from other accredited institutions. Participants must submit documentation of their previous training for evaluation. Transfer credits are subject to approval and must align with our curriculum standards.
Illness Policy
If a participant becomes ill and is unable to attend the program, they are required to notify the program administration as soon as possible. Participants may be granted a leave of absence and, if applicable, given the opportunity to make up missed work upon recovery. Depending on the length of absence, alternative arrangements for program completion may be necessary.
Ethical Marketing Agreement
At AYA-Innovation, we are committed to ethical marketing practices. We pledge to provide accurate, clear, and honest information about our programs, services, and outcomes. We do not engage in deceptive marketing tactics or make false claims about the benefits of our services. All marketing materials are designed to be respectful, inclusive, and aligned with our values of equity and accessibility.
