Training

Developing the curriculum for holistic wellness coaches at AYA-Institute

What We Do

We Train Future Health Coaches

AYA-Institute’s Certification Program is dedicated to producing competent, compassionate, and culturally aware health coaches who can meaningfully impact the health and well-being of their clients.

The AYA Wellness Coaching Certificate Program is designed to empower future coaches with a comprehensive and personalized approach to health and wellness coaching. We expect clinicians to use evidence-based approaches while developing a modality that is authentic to their personality and worldview. Grounding clinicians, in theory, congruent with their personal, cultural, and professional identity makes it easier to acquire specific skills.

Several vital components are involved in designing a systemic clinical framework for virtual care treatment modalities that are trauma-informed and include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). AYA’s approach to virtual care represents an innovative fusion of technology, an AI-enabled platform, and evidence-based health coaching expertise tailored to enhance treatment efficacy and patient care in wellness coaching. This holistic and integrative philosophy ensures that future coaches are well-equipped to deliver effective, personalized, and compassionate care.
